SUMOKU is a new line of exclusive seafood creations, ready to eat for catering and home chef, in which we combine creativity, taste and experience with current trends. 

The SUMOKU Sake, Nishin and Masu combine the refined taste of various traditionally smoked fish, with cream cheese and kabayaki sauce wrapped in nori. 
The special preparation gives a beautiful marble look when cut open, which makes the experience on the plate even more exiting and leads to special creations.
